In our continued effort to expand and broaden the scope, AAPI in collaboration with AIIMS, RUHS and RNT is now taking this competition to the international level and at the upcoming 10th annual Global Health Summit.
All Medical Students, Residents, Young faculty up to 10 years after PG, Research Associates, Research Scientists, PhD Students, Hospital and Healthcare Management Students, AYUSH Professionals, Young Innovators etc. of India origin are invited to submit articles/abstract based on Original Research done by him/her and that it has not been presented, published or submitted anywhere else.
The Research Paper Competition shall be conducted under five categories:
  1. • Clinical Sciences and Patient Based Research
  2. • Basic Science/Translational Research
  3. • Innovations in Healthcare
  4. • Hospital and Healthcare Management
  5. • AYUSH

The candidates have two ways for competing in this research competition.
  1. Those that if selected are willing to travel to Udaipur on 28th December 2016 and will have the opportunity to display and present their abstracts during the poster session organized for 28th December 2016. The candidates invited for the live poster presentations will be provided one day boarding and lodging in Udaipur. The finalists and top three will be presented with Award during the inauguration ceremony on 28th December 2016.
  2. The second category is those that intend to participate online only. They will not be required to attend the AAPI GHS 2016 in person on 28th December 2016.
All candidates will receive a certificate of participation.

Day 1 (Dec 30th): Udaipur
Evening at 6.00 pm pick up from Conference hotel and visit Shilp Gram Mela. Later proceed to Ananta Resort for overnight stay.
Day 2 (Dec 31st): Udaipur - Local Sightseeing
Udaipur - Local Sightseeing Visit Majestic City Palace - built in 1559, which is located near east bank of Lake Pichola, Monsoon Palace, Palace Museum, Jagdish temple and Crystal Gallery, Fateh Sagar lake, Saheliyon ki Bari (Garden of maids) - the most beautiful gardens and Lok Kala Mandal, Musuem- the collection of excellent arts, ornaments, masks folk dresses, painting, musical instruments etc. Evening enjoy Pichola boat ride. Overnight at Udaipur hotel.

Day 3 (Jan 1st): Udaipur - Haldighati & Nathdwara
Haldighati: This historical site witnessed the great legendry battle fought between Maharana Pratap & the Mughal Emperor - Akbar in 1576 AD. Chetak the gallant charger with his dedicated loyalty to- wards his chivalrous master (the Maharana Pratap) proved his worth by co-operating till his last breath. A ‘Chhatri’ with delicate white mar- ble is dedicated both to the indomitable hero & his loyal charger, is note worthy
Nathdwara: Nathdwara lies 50 kms from Udaipur is the gateway to the Lord. This great Vaishnavite shrine was built in the 17th century on spot exactly defined by the Lord himself. The legends have it that the image of the Lord Krishna was being transferred to safer place from Vrindaban to protect it from the destructive wrath of the Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb. Back to Udaipur hotel for overnight stay.
Day 4 (Jan 2nd): Udaipur to Mount Abu (162 kms / 3 Hrs.)
Drive to Mount Abu, the only hill station of Rajasthan, situated at an altitude of 1200 mt. Visit the 11th century Dilwara Jain Temples and views from the Sunset Point - the highlights of Mount Abu. Evening visit sparkling blue Nakki Lake. Later, return back to Udaipur hotel for overnight stay.
Day 5 (Jan 3rd): Kumbhalgarh - Ranakpur - Udaipur
Drive to Ranakpur (50kms/1 hrs), and visit 15th century Ranakpur Jain Temple built in pure white marble with 80 doms supported by 1444 different carved pillars.Chaumukha temple is dedicated to Lord Adinath, who is the first ‘Tirthankara’ of the Jains. The Temple structure is highly compound having four different doorways to get into the chambers. After lunch, drive back to Kumbhalgarh visit the mighty and imposing Kumbhalgarh Fort. Evening enjoy Light & Sound Show. Later, return back to Udaipur hotel for overnight stay.
Day 6 (Jan 4th): Udaipur - Chittorgarh - Departure
After early breakfast, Check out and proceed to Chittorgarh.
Chittorgarh: The most Romantic name in Rajasthan is Chittor. Chittor is more than a ruined citadel; it is a symbol, It stands for all that was brave, true and noble in the Rajput tradition. ‘The only fort is the fort Chittorgarh and rest are the fortresses”. Also visit Vijay Stambh (Victory Tower), Kirti Stambh (Tower of Fame), Padmini’s Palace. Post Lunch, departure for onward journey home.
