Student Grievance Redressal Committee
University Grants Commission. New Delhi has issued “University Grants Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023″ to provide opportunities for redressal of certain grievances of students already enrolled in any institution, as well as those seeking admission to such institutions, and a mechanism thereto. As per the Section 5(ii) of the said Regulations, the Students’ Grievance Redressal Committees (SGRC) of Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur is constituted as under
1.) Chairperson

Dr. Sonali Sharma, Sr. Professor 6 Head, Department of Biochemistry,

RUHS College of Medical Sciences, Jaipur and Dean, Student’s Welfare, RUHS

2.) Members

Br. Sumit Bhansali, Sr. Professor,

RUHS College of Dental Sciences, Jaipur

Dr. Abbas Ali, Sr. Professor, Department of General Surgery,

RUHS College of Medical Sciences, Jaipur

Dr. Prahlad Dharkar, Associate Dr Professor, Department of General Medicine,

RUHS College of Medical Sciences, Jaipur

Dr. Reshu Gupta, Associate Professor, Department of Physiology,

RUHS College of Medical Sciences, Jaipur

2.) Special Invitee

President of Student’s Union,

RUHS College of Medical Sciences, Jaipur

The term of the chairperson and members shall be for a period of two years. The term of the special invitee shall be one year. The Students Grievance Redressal Committees (SGRC) shall perform its duties and functionsas per the ”Universit y Grants Commission (Redressal of Grievances I Students) Regulations, 2023″.
