Board of Inspection under section Section-21 (g) Chapter-IV ‘Authorities of the University’ of Rajasthan University of Health Science Act, 2005.
The Board of Management approved the constitution of Board of Inspection as under:-
a) The Vice-Chancellor – Chairman
b) Nominee of the Vice-Chancellor
c) Deans of all faculties
d) Dy. Registrar (Acad.) – Member Secretary
Functions :
1.) The Board shall deal with applications for affiliation, recognition or approval of colleges and institutions with the territorial jurisdiction of the University, arrange for their inspection in the manner prescribed by the Statutes, and make recommendations, to the Board of Management in regard to their affiliation, recognition or approval, as the case may be;
2.) The Board shall appoint committees consisting one to deal with applications for affiliation of colleges and another to deal with applications for approval of institutions. The committees shall be appointed for a period of three years ; and
3.) Subject to approval by the Board of Management, the Board may make rules for the approval, recognition and affiliation of institutions and colleges.
